Our fees are entirely flexible dependent on the nature of the assignment or project, and we aim to agree our fee rates and structure at the beginning of each assignment. Our fees are based on a percentage of first-year salary only; we do not calculate based on bonuses, commissions or cash-equivalent amounts for cars or other benefits.

Where we are retained for executive search, we charge the bulk of the fee only when we have secured confirmed acceptance of offer.

All contingency recruitment is billable only on confirmed acceptance of offer.

Our fees and Terms and Conditions are based on the models recommended by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
