Our Commitment to You



Once we are in touch with you, we are committed to providing the best possible service to help you with your next career move. We will review your cv thoroughly and contact you either to arrange an interview or to suggest keeping in touch if we can’t help at the moment but we believe your profile is likely to be of interest to our clients in the future.

We are specialists, so we can’t help everyone, but if we can’t help you ourselves, we will do our best to put you in touch with people who can.

We will not submit your details to anyone without your permission and your confirmed interest in the position, and we will always give you all the information at our disposal, including full client and role details, so you can make an informed decision.

If you are invited for interview with the client, we will always contact you again a few days before the interview to review the role. We make every effort to ensure you are fully prepared at every stage in the process, and we arrange these pre-briefs before every interview.

If you receive an offer, we will act as your point of liason with the client to ensure all your questions are addressed and the offer meets your expectations, including negotiating on your behalf if you need some room for manouevre.

We are keen to build a relationship with you which follows and supports you throughout your career. Once we have placed you, we can’t reapproach you, but we can reactivate you as a candidate as soon as you get back in touch.
