We aim to build a relationship with candidates based on a full understanding of their background, skills and motivations. We believe in building relationships for the long-term, working with candidates at every stage in their careers and helping them assess their strengths and the type of role and organisation they are looking for.
We like to interview all candidates in-depth so we can get to know them, their personal and professional aspirations and their immediate and longer-term goals. We explore their career history, help them plot how their career has developed and highlight how best to present this to potential employers.
We believe the interview process is essential if we are to represent you accurately, and we will often suggest an update interview if we have been working with you for some time or if your circumstances have changed.
Obviously it is not always possible to meet face-to-face, but our telephone interviews are equally comprehensive and we are also happy to use videocam or Skype.
