Our client is a global academic, scholarly and research publishing and communications group looking to hire an experienced account development manager to work with clients throughout France and also to manage a small ADM team across Europe. The ADM team provides training, support, low-level account management, specialist product support and ‘soft sales’ as a key point of liaison between users on the one hand and the group’s marketing, sales, product and editorial teams on the other. This is a crucial multidisciplinary client role which sits within the marketing department but interacts with multiple other departments across the group, helping to protect and grow usage, facilitate client product and service awareness and upsell/cross-sell opportunities and provide actionable customer feedback to help shape sales, marketing and product development strategy. The role will ideally be based out of the group’s Paris office, with 30-40% travel throughout France and the rest of Europe. Native-level fluency in French is a prerequisite, as is a good command of written and spoken English. Base salary is up to 65k Euros with a potential bonus of 7.5k Euros.
