Our client, a Germany-based global scholarly publisher, is looking to hire an experienced, revenue-focused sales professional to sell to academic and corporate clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He/she will sell the full online product portfolio, including journals, books and e-books, with responsibility both for new business and management of renewals and revenue growth with existing clients.
The Sales Manager will need to be an ambitious self-starter with a strong track record selling digital content; experience in scholarly publishing is desirable but not essential, but proven success in new business growth is essential.
The role is based at the group’s Stuttgart office and will require extensive travel throughout the territory (company car provided).
