Our client is the Public Affairs and Communications (PAC) Directorate of the OECD, who are looking for a Head of Impact and Media Monitoring to be based in their Paris office. The Head will be responsible for leading a team which collates, analyses, reports and formulates communications and engagement strategies measuring the OECD’s impact and presence, developing strategies to improve engagement and level of impact and ensuring maximum access to information on events and trends where the OECD could have a greater and more visible input. The Head will develop and improve existing monitoring and analysis resources, including greater use of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, and will also look to develop an effective strategy for comprehensive mining and monitoring of social media. You will be an experienced senior communications professional with a proven track record in developing programmes and resources to monitor presence and impact for high-profile organisations across multiple channels. You will be highly adept with social media and expert in the use of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics. You will also be a skilled communicator and driver of behavioural change. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and fluency in French is also preferred. This is a senior role reporting to the COO of the PAC Directorate. Base salary is cEuros 99k plus benefits and the base salary is exempt from French income tax.
