Our client is the Public Sector division of a global business process outsourcing group, providing digital content management, web architecture and publishing solutions to government clients and NGOs.
Following a promotion, the group is now looking to hire an experienced Client Service Manager to oversee one it its largest government accounts. The CSM will work with the client to help them understand the most effective ways to publish content digitally and to help ensure complex contracts are delivered on to the highest standards. The CSM will be the key relationship manager for the client, providing a mission-critical point of liaison at all stages of the contract, from bid preparation and submission through to ongoing project delivery against agreed SLAs. The CSM will also work with the client to identify new publishing and content management opportunities and to help ensure the group has the best possible chance of securing renewal of existing long-term projects and new business.
You will be an experienced, digitally expert client services professional with an excellent understanding of pubic sector procurement processes and with exposure to public sector digital content projects. You will have worked with government clients, either as a service supplier or from within a government department, and you will have experience managing relationships with multiple government stakeholders. You will be commercially astute, technically literate and experienced in preparing compelling bids and in project managing complex projects post-sale. You will also be experienced in communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences and in identifying and securing business opportunities within an existing client base. Experience with legal or regulatory co tent would be useful but is not essential.
This is a crucial role with one of the group’s biggest and most prestigious clients.
