Business Development Manager, Biopharma Market Intelligence (Filled!)

London, £35k base plus uncapped commission

Our client is a leading pharma/biomedical primary market intelligence and analysis group. The group is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to drive new business across a broad range of geographic territories. Individual clients will typically be second or third-tier, but the collective potential value of the client base will be significant.

The role focuses mainly on new business, with a strong emphasis on telephone-based sales, though there will also be scope for travel, and will suit a determined, tenacious new business sales professional who is motivated by identifying and closing new clients, as well as ensuring renewal of existing clients across the territory.

You will be an experienced inside sales professional with an excellent track record in identifying and closing new business in multiple geographies. You will have a sound knowledge of pharmaceuticals and biomedical markets, ideally complemented by experience selling market intelligence.
